Davakhar Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement in Mumbai. The role oversees payroll, attendance, leave and benefits, and ensures HR policies align with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM in HR with 5+ years of HR experience, strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills, and solid knowledge of labor laws and HRMS.
