The ideal candidate will own end-to-end Talent Acquisition, develop dashboards, leverage AI and automation to streamline HR operations, and foster a high-performance, engaging workplace culture while partnering with leaders to support growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience in Technology, EdTech, startups, or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR initiatives focused on employee performance, engagement, and workplace experience.
• Own and maintain performance dashboards, HR metrics, and people analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage AI, HR technology, automation, and digital tools to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement performance management processes aligned with business goals.
• Analyze HR data and identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders to address people-related challenges and support organizational growth.
• Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, productivity, and a positive workplace culture.

• Comfortable working with HR dashboards, metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
