Job summary

Knowdis is hiring an HR Manager to build and lead our people function. You’ll drive hiring, culture, engagement, and HR operations for a fast-growing AI startup.

You will lead end-to-end talent acquisition, build a strong employer brand, and drive engagement initiatives while setting up performance frameworks and career growth processes. You’ll manage HR ops and compliance, acting as a trusted partner to founders and employees.
