Job summary

Murudeshwar Ceramics is seeking an HR Manager for its Karaikal plant. The role oversees day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with labor laws to support a growing workforce.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of factory HR experience, an HR-focused degree (MBA/PGDM/MSW), and be available for immediate joining. English, Hindi, and Tamil language proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA in HRM, PGDM, MSW or relevant HR degree is required.
• 5 to 10 years of factory HR experience preferred.
• Immediate joining is requested.
• Male candidate is preferred.
• Languages: English, Hindi, Tamil.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations for the department.
• Lead recruitment for various roles and manage onboarding.
• Maintain a safe working environment and employee relations.
• Ensure compensation, benefits, and payroll processes are accurate.
• Manage labor law compliance and attend related legal matters.
• Plan and implement training and development programs.
• Oversee manpower planning and staffing needs.
• Manage labor management and union-related matters.
• Track attendance and payroll calculations on a daily/monthly basis.
• Prepare payroll calculations and ensure timely processing.
• Be ready to work in 3 shifts.
