Job summary

Sher Tax Consultants invites an HR professional to lead people functions in Hyderabad, India. You will develop and implement HR policies aligned with statutory requirements and company vision, and drive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

You will maintain employee records in ERP/HRMS, manage payroll, attendance and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity), and collaborate with management on performance management, training, and manpower planning.

Qualifications

• Must be able to craft and implement HR policies in line with statutory requirements.
• Should manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Experience with payroll processing and attendance/leave management.
• Knowledge of PF/ESI/Gratuity and other statutory compliance.
• Proficient in maintaining employee records using HRMS/ERP systems.
