Role & responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Lifecycle Management

• Oversee smooth onboarding and induction for new tech hires.
• Manage employee documentation, background verification, and database updates.
• Handle offboarding processes, including conducting detailed exit interviews.
• Administer monthly payroll inputs, leaves, and attendance tracking.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Design engagement activities to boost morale in tech teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances.
• Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition in competitive tech markets.

3. Performance Management

• Coordinate periodic performance appraisal cycles for technical teams.
• Help managers define clear KPIs and OKRs for engineering roles.
• Facilitate feedback sessions and track performance improvement plans.
