Job summary

Automotive Manufacturers (AMPL) in Guindy, Tamil Nadu, seeks an HR Manager with 5+ years of experience in the automobile sector to lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include grievance handling, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.), payroll oversight, recruitment, onboarding, appraisals and exits, as well as policy development and HR MIS support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or relevant field.
• At least 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, grievance handling and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently handle sensitive HR matters.

• Provide HR MIS and support management in employee-related matters.
