Job summary

Bridgexcel in India, West Bengal, North 24 Parganas District, is seeking an HR Generalist to manage onboarding, payroll, and HR operations on-site. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in HR and payroll, with strong Excel skills to build reports.

The candidate will maintain HRMS records, track headcount and attendance, and handle employee queries and engagement initiatives to support a productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations and payroll experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Preference given to female candidates.
