Job summary

Choice International in Mumbai is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from offer through onboarding to exit. You will handle offer letters, join documentation, payroll coordination, and HR policy compliance across multiple locations.

The role also involves coordinating joining formalities, HRMS updates, maintaining records, and supporting performance and engagement initiatives to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage offer letters, salary discussions, approvals, and offer release.
• Oversee complete employee lifecycle from offer to exits and transfers.
• Prepare appointment letters and other employee documentation.
• Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding and HRMS updates.
• Coordinate with payroll for attendance, leave, and monthly payroll inputs.
• Maintain HR databases, trackers, MIS and personnel records.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate Full & Final settlement and exit formalities.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate joining formalities, employee code creation, HRMS updates and onboarding.
• Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance, leave, employee data and monthly payroll inputs.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR support across multiple locations/projects.
• Maintain employee databases, HR trackers, MIS and personnel records.
• Support performance management, employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
• Coordinate Full & Final settlement and exit formalities.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes and statutory requirements.
