Job summary

Ecovis India is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR activities in Mumbai. The role covers employee lifecycle, onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRMS maintenance.

You will also support employee engagement, performance management, HR policy implementation, and day-to-day employee relations while handling full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles.
• Experience with payroll coordination and HRMS.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
