Job summary

Himalaya is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage the full life cycle from requisition to onboarding across Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and R&D. You will collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, screen and interview, and drive offers with strong negotiation skills.

The role requires 4–8 years in pharma/CPG recruitment, excellent Excel reporting ability, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience 4–8 years hiring in pharmaceutical/CPG domains.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• Preference for Pharma or FMCG industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioural competencies.
• Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate pre-joining activities, documentation, and onboarding of new hires.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, including campus engagement, coordination with educational institutions, and end-to-end campus hiring.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements while ensuring quality hires within defined timelines.
• Manage recruitment for Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D roles, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical sector.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and MIS using excel.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, timelines, and organizational hiring policies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions.
