Job summary

Silverlineshr is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to align hiring needs with business goals in Gujarat. You will collaborate with HO and factory managers, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage applicant data in our ATS.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and attending job fairs. This role offers growth within a collaborative team and competitive perks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs at the HO and Factories
• Source potential candidates through online channels, job portals, Cosultants etc.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events with the help of the team.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
