Job summary

BDR Pharmaceuticals in Vadodara, India is seeking a seasoned HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and related HR activities in a GMP environment.

The role involves coordinating pre-joining formalities, maintaining HR records, handling employee queries, and ensuring adherence to HR SOPs and statutory requirements. A Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred and about 25 years of HR experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 25 years HR experience in Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process incl. sourcing, screening and offers.
• Coordinate pre-joining activities, documentation and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment/onboarding trackers and joining formalities.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Support lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers and exit formalities.
• Collaborate with HODs for manpower and HR requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HR SOPs, GMP and statutory requirements.

Job Purpose

To manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and employee-related concerns while ensuring timely HR support, proper documentation and compliance with company policies and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, salary discussion and offer release.
• Coordinate pre-joining activities, documentation, medicals and onboarding/induction of new employees.
• Maintain recruitment and onboarding trackers and ensure timely joining formalities.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns and grievances and coordinate timely resolution.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfers, HR documentation and exit formalities.
• Coordinate with HODs and cross-functional teams for manpower and employee-related requirements.
• Maintain HR records, MIS and ensure compliance with HR SOPs, GMP and applicable statutory requirements.
