Location is Patancheru/Isnapur; 2–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting is required. The role involves handling labour codes, biometric HRIS, and employee relations to maintain industrial harmony.

Qualifications

• Education as stated:Graduate or post-graduate in HR/IR with relevant degrees.
• 2–5 years hands-on plant HR experience in manufacturing/heavy industry.
• Deep knowledge of statutory compliance and labour codes; experience with payroll reconciliation and vendor payments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state/central labor laws and updated Labour Codes.
• Oversee time office attendance, shift rosters, OT verification, and leave mgmt.
• Reconcile attendance, leaves, and allowances for payroll processing.
• Audit contractor attendance and manpower bills vs invoices.
• Manage petty cash vouchers and plant expense logs; reimbursements.
• Serve as primary HR contact for shop-floor grievances and employee relations.
• Coordinate PPE onboarding with Safety Officers and maintain joining reports.

Job Description

MPL Group is seeking a dynamic, hands-on HR Executive for Unit 2 to manage end-to-end plant-level HR operations, time office systems, statutory compliance, payroll verification, petty cash, and shop-floor administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Statutory Compliance & Labour Codes: Ensure strict compliance with state/central labor laws (Factories Act, EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour Act) and updated statutory Labour Codes. Maintain registers and handle inspector audits.
• Time Office & Attendance Management: Oversee biometric attendance tracking, shift rosters, overtime (OT) verification, late-coming logs, and leave management for on-roll employees and contract staff.
• Payroll Processing & Contractor Audits: Reconcile monthly attendance, leave balances, and allowances for salary processing. Audit contractor attendance and manpower bills against invoices before clearance.
• Petty Cash & Expense Control: Manage Unit 2 daily petty cash vouchers, plant routine expense logs, vendor bill verification, and timely reimbursement processing.
• Shop-floor Grievances & Employee Relations: Act as the primary HR contact for plant staff to resolve daily grievances, personal issues, and maintain industrial harmony.
• Safety & PPE Onboarding: Partner with Safety Officers to issue PPE kits, conduct basic plant safety inductions, and manage physical joining reports and personnel files.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA) or Post-Graduate (MBA / MSW in HR/IR).
• Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on plant HR experience within a manufacturing or heavy industry setting.
• Core Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of Statutory Compliance, Labour Codes, Biometric HRIS, Time Office, Payroll Reconciliation and Petty Cash.
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Reconciliation).
