Job summary

Corventive Infrastructure Development And Consultancy is seeking a Human Resource Executive in Pune to handle end-to-end HR and operations tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and attendance management. The role requires 1–3 years of experience and a postgraduate degree.

You will manage vendor relations, employee documentation, and training initiatives, while ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

• Post graduate degree (MBA/PGDM) or MSW preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR and operations experience.
• Experience in IT Services & Consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR and operations tasks including recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle offboarding, employee documentation, and attendance management.
• Oversee payroll management, invoicing, and vendor management.
• Coordinate training and development activities and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and maintain HR records and reports.
