Job Description - Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Ramky Estates & Farms Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional for the role of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Human Resources. The incumbent will primarily drive end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting various HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, documentation, and coordination activities to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project/site-based positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical and management interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Negotiate compensation, release offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
HR Operations & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Support onboarding and employee joining formalities.
- Assist in issuance of HR letters including appointment, confirmation, transfer, and other employee-related communications.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of employee documentation.
- Maintain HR MIS and generate periodic reports.
Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Organize employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, celebrations, and events.
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related requirements.
- Support employee communication and grievance handling.
- Assist in performance management and employee retention initiatives.
- Participate in various HR projects and organizational development activities.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with significant exposure to recruitment.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR reporting.
