Job summary

Suguna Foods in Cuttack, Odisha invites an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. You will manage payroll, HR MIS, recruitment, joining formalities, stipends, exits, and general office tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.

The role requires 3–6 years of HR Generalist experience, strong communication, and ethical compliance. Preference for male candidates. Shared email for applications: [e-mail].

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience as HR Generalist.
• Ability to guide and direct the team.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders.
• Zero tolerance to unethical processes and systems.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).

Role & responsibilities

• Maintained database and personnel file updation.
• Code creation for new employees in the HRMS
• MIS Preparation-Excel,Vlookup,Pivot table
• Payroll processing
• Follow up of Bio metric attendance
• Joining formalities
• Preparation of trainees stipend and issue to the concern trainee
• Processed the exit Interview, full & final settlement and released service certificates after ensuring that the employees owed no dues
• Order issues (offer letter, probation, confirmation, reliving order)
• To be solve the regional quires
• Preparing HR MIS reports.
