Position Title: HR Coordinator
We're looking for a sharp, energetic HR Coordinator who genuinely enjoys getting things done someone who's equally comfortable troubleshooting a laptop issue, chasing down a vendor quote, and pulling together a last-minute team celebration. If you're an MBA or HR graduate hungry to learn HR from the ground up, or you've got a year of experience and you're ready to own real responsibility fast this is built for you.
What You’ll Own
HR Administration & Compliance
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR-related compliance processes, including alignment with ISO/ISMS standards where applicable.
- Partner with our UK IT admin team to provide basic IT support for the India office - troubleshooting, coordination, and ensuring everything stays compliant.
Asset & Facility Management
- Own asset management end-to-end - tracking, allocation, and maintenance of laptops, equipment, and access cards.
- Keep the India office running smoothly - facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office needs.
- Handle purchases and vendor relationships for office and welfare requirements.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Own onboarding logistics end-to-end - make sure every new joiner’s Day 1 feels organized, warm, and ready to go.
- Be a go-to, approachable point of contact for employees on everyday HR and office needs.
Employee Welfare & Culture
- Manage office snacks and pantry needs - small thing, big impact on daily morale.
- Support employee welfare initiatives across the year.
Event Coordination
- Take a lead role in planning and running office events - festivals, celebrations, team outings, and engagement activities.
- Own the logistics, vendors, and on-ground execution that turn an idea into a great event.
Executive Assistant Support (COO)
- Provide a slice of Executive Assistant support to our COO - managing her calendar and coordinating scheduling.
- Pull together sharp, ad hoc reports ahead of key meetings.
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, admin, or operations - or a fresh MBA/HR graduate with a sharp, proactive mindset and a genuine interest in HR.
- A real "get it done" attitude - you’re willing to get your hands dirty, figure things out, and learn fast on the job.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail - nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
- Sharp Excel skills - comfortable with formulas, structured data, and building clean trackers, not just data entry.
- Confident with PowerPoint - able to put together a clean, sharp deck without needing handholding.
- Clever and genuinely tech-savvy - you already use AI tools to work faster and smarter, and you’re excited to bring that instinct into HR.
- Hungry to learn the tech side of HR - HR systems, digitization, and how technology is reshaping the way HR teams work.
- Comfortable juggling multiple things at once without losing your calm.
- Good communication skills - you’ll be coordinating with UK stakeholders and employees across levels.
- A proactive, resourceful problem-solver who doesn’t wait around to be told what’s next.
Why This Role
This isn’t a narrow, single-lane HR job - it’s a launchpad. You’ll get hands-on exposure across HR operations, IT coordination, facilities, compliance, events, HR technology, and direct visibility into leadership, working closely with stakeholders across India and the UK. If you’re looking for a role where you’ll learn fast, own real things early, and build a genuinely broad HR foundation - tech-savvy and all - we’d love to meet you.
