Job summary

Skillventory is seeking an experienced HRBP to partner with business leaders on HR strategy and drive engagement initiatives across multiple site locations.

The role involves managing grievances, retention, culture-building, change management, compensation, benefits, L&D, and HR compliance to ensure robust HR operations and governance.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR is required.
• Experience in HRBP/Strategic HR roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, labour laws and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on HR strategy and employee engagement initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, labour laws, stakeholder management, and HR operations
• Individual Contributor role
