Job summary

JobItUs in Mumbai (Nariman Point) seeks an experienced HRBP/HR Manager to translate business goals into people strategies. You will lead workforce planning, succession, coaching, and development initiatives while driving change across clinics nationwide.

The role requires travel pan-India, with a 9am–6pm schedule and two Saturdays off per month. Strong HRIS and analytics skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HRBP/HR Manager or mid-level generalist (5+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or psychology; MBA preferred.
• Strong business, communication, and stakeholder skills; proficient in HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to translate business goals into people strategies.
• Oversee workforce planning, succession pipelines, and skill-gap closure with recruitment.
• Guide line managers through performance reviews and coaching on complex employee relations.
• Identify training needs and design development plans; support in assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to translate business goals into actionable people strategies.
• Talent Management: Oversee workforce planning, succession pipelines, and work with recruitment teams to close critical skill gaps.
• Performance & Coaching: Guide line managers through performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching on complex employee relations issues.
• Learning & Development: Identify training needs, support in ongoing training assessments and initiatives, help design development plans.
• Change Management: Lead organizational design efforts and guide teams through structural changes or scaling phases.
• Employee Relations: Mediate and resolve complex employee grievances while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Change Management: Guide departments through organizational changes, restructuring, or rapid scaling.
• Compliance & Culture: Ensure policies align with local employment laws and champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience: Typically 5+ years of proven experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, or in a mid level generalist capacity.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Skills: Strong business acumen, financial literacy, emotional intelligence (EQ), and proficiency in HR technology/analytics. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), data analytics tools, and modern talent technologies.

The role requires frequent travel pan india to the clinics.
