Job summary

CIEL HR in Pune-Bhamboli is seeking a Senior Executive - HRBP - Warehouse Operations to partner with warehouse teams and drive HR processes for effective workforce management. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and shift planning while addressing employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives in a fast-moving logistics environment.

• 4+ years of HR experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience handling blue-collar workforce management.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for warehouse employees.
• Manage attendance, absenteeism, manpower planning, and shifts.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction for frontline staff.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth workforce management.
• Monitor attrition and support retention initiatives.
• Support HR audits and ensure policy implementation at warehouse sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for warehouse employees.
• Manage attendance, absenteeism, manpower planning, and shift scheduling.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for warehouse/frontline staff.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth workforce management.
• Monitor attrition and support retention initiatives.
• Support HR audits and ensure policy implementation at warehouse sites.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of HR experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in handling blue-collar workforce management.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/systems.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and travel when required.
• Regional language proficiency preferred.
