Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end sourcing, offer letter generation, and onboarding of new hires in Bengaluru. The role involves coordinating with candidates and HR, scheduling interviews, and maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

You will screen candidates on job portals, arrange initial screenings, and assist in the overall recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from first contact to joining.
