Seven Consultancy in Maharashtra is seeking an HR & Administration professional with 4-5 years of experience to coordinate recruitment for factory staff, manage attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance. The role involves close liaison with payroll and accounts teams to ensure timely salary processing.

Manufacturing experience is preferred, and experience with contract labour will be an advantage.
