Responsibilities

• Attendance Tracking: Monitor daily employee clock-ins, clock-outs, late arrivals, and early departures using biometric systems
• Leave Management: Process and track employee leave requests (sick, casual, or earned leave) to prevent staffing shortages and maintain accurate records.
• Shift and Roster Scheduling: Create, update, and manage rotating or fixed employee work shifts, particularly for manufacturing or multi-shift operations.
• Overtime (OT) Administration: Track extra work hours, verify approvals from floor managers, and calculate overtime eligibility according to company policy.
• Payroll Integration: Feed clean, verified time, attendance, and overtime data directly to the finance or payroll department to ensure error-free salary disbursement.
• Compliance and Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly absenteeism and punctuality reports to ensure adherence to local labor laws and factory regulations.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle employee queries or grievances regarding missing punch logs, salary deductions, or leave balances.
