Job summary

Bonito Design is seeking a skilled HR Analytics professional to analyze HR data and develop dashboards for leadership reviews. You will identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.

The role involves workforce planning support, collaboration with HR partners, and ensuring data integrity across HR systems. Experience with HRIS and reporting frameworks is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or related role.
• Certification in HR Analytics or HR (optional but preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data related to hiring, attrition, performance, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and HR metrics for leadership review.
