Shadowfax Technologies is seeking a Hub Incharge to oversee a designated hub. The role focuses on rider training, daily rider huddles, and performance monitoring to improve operations. You will drive safety and hygiene, manage attrition and TL performance, and ensure timely shipment delivery and hub metrics.

You will also handle inventory reconciliation, hub layout, and escalation management, coordinating with LH/DC teams and addressing issues across payouts, IT, and fraud as needed.

Aufgaben

• Rider Management: Providing training to rider partners & grooming
• Rider Management: Conducting huddle for rider partners on daily basis
• Rider Management: Managing & monitoring the performance of each rider to improve their performance
• Rider Management: Handling rider escalations like- Payout issue, Customer issue, Fraud, Police cases
• Rider Management: To drive discipline of the safety & hygiene of rider partners
• Workforce Management: Rider Attrition & attendance management
• Workforce Management: Managing the performance of TLs in hub- providing feedback & inputs for improvement
• Workforce Management: Ensure Career Progression for the TLs working in your hub
• Workforce Management: Responsible for achieving the hub metrics i.e, OFD, OFP, FASR, FPSR, DSR, FIFO, NC, COD, Short Cash, CX Tickets etc
• Workforce Management: Managing & clearance of pendency shipments present in the hub
• Workforce Management: Responsible to delivery shipments within TAT- D0, D1, D2, 6+D
• Inventory Reconciliation: Check the dashboard frequently for reconciliation of shipments done by TLs
• Inventory Reconciliation: Ensure 100% Inventory Reconciliation on daily basis
• Inventory Reconciliation: Identify the short or excess shipments in the hub
• Inventory Reconciliation: Take action on any kind of fraud or theft of shipment
• Hub Layout Management: Bifurcation of the hub according to the hub activities
• Hub Layout Management: Implementation of 5S in hub for maintaining the hub layout
• Hub Layout Management: Ensuring that FIFO is done in a designated space
• Hub Layout Management: Designated space of internet, housekeeping, stationery, shipments & inventory
• Hub Layout Management: Maintaining good relationship with the owners & neighbors
• Escalation Management: Managing the LH/DC volume & vehicle escalations
• Escalation Management: Resolving Rider Payout issue
• Escalation Management: IT, stationery, inventory issue to be managed
• Escalation Management: Managing the escalations raised against the hiring
• Escalation Management: Customer Escalation management within TAT
• Escalation Management: CCTV footage to be shared with the DC team for short/excess shipment
• Escalation Management: Sharing call recordings for MDND cases
