Job summary

HealthcareJob in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a qualified Hub In-charge to oversee the logistics and operations of our local hub. You will manage receiving, sorting and dispatch, supervise runners, and ensure timely pickups and handovers.

You will also calibrate and maintain cold-chain equipment, maintain chain-of-custody for samples, manage consumables inventory and reorder planning, coordinate shift schedules, and prepare MIS reports on volumes, turnaround times (TAT), and exceptions.

Qualifications

• Experience in hub operations including receiving, sorting and dispatch.
• Ability to supervise runners and ensure timely pickups and handovers.
• Knowledge of calibrating and maintaining cold-chain equipment.
• Maintenance of chain-of-custody documentation for samples.
• Experience with hub consumables inventory and reorder planning.
• Ability to coordinate shift schedules for hub staff and runners.
• Ability to prepare hub MIS reports on volumes, TAT and exceptions.
