Job summary

Naukri E-hire is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment professional to implement and monitor HSE policies across the plant in Rajasthan. You will lead safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification to ensure statutory compliance and a safe workplace.

The role involves conducting toolbox talks, induction sessions, and targeted trainings for employees and contractors, while maintaining comprehensive HSE documentation and records for audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HSE policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of applicable safety, environmental regulations and acts.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and inductions for staff and contractors.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, audits, and incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across the plant.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and statutory norms.
• Conduct Tool Box Talks, safety training, induction training, and awareness programmes for employees, contractors, and workers.
• Prepare and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, SOPs, and work permits.
• Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems, PPE requirements, and safe work practices.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate mock drills, emergency preparedness, fire safety, and disaster management activities.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, inspection findings, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with various departments for implementation and closure of safety observations.
• Monitor contractor safety and ensure compliance with plant HSE requirements.
