  • Implement and monitor occupational health and safety programs across the facility.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety policies.
  • Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Organize safety training, tool-box talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events and prepare reports.
  • Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and documentation.
  • Monitor use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including mock drills and evacuation exercises.
  • Support ISO 45001 and other EHS management system implementation and audits.
  • Liaise with government authorities and external agencies regarding safety compliance.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
