Safeguard Global is seeking an HR Shared Services Associate to deliver seamless, efficient, and compliant HR services to clients and employees worldwide. You’ll resolve HR queries and support key lifecycle processes, contributing to a positive employee experience.

The role requires hands-on HRIS experience (Workday or SAP), strong Excel/Office skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset suitable for a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Global HR Shared Services within a multinational organization.
• Client-facing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, SAP).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Handle and resolve HR queries from clients and employees, ensuring timely responses and solutions.
• Support full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, payroll, benefits, and records maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regional and local employment regulations and internal SOPs.
• Maintain accurate data in HRIS platforms and update records regularly.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor KPIs and enable data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and other teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

Join our team as an HR Shared Services Associate and help deliver seamless, efficient, and compliant HR services to clients and employees worldwide. From resolving HR queries to supporting key employee lifecycle processes, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive employee experience.

How you will make a difference:

• Handle and resolve HR queries from clients and employees, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, payroll, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regional and local employment regulations, internal policies, and established SOPs.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS platforms and ensure records are regularly updated.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and other cross-functional teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the overall employee experience

What will give you an advantage:

• At least 2 years of experience in Global HR Shared Services within a multinational organization, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools such as Workday or SAP.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
