Gallagher in India is seeking an Analys t – Global HR Shared Services to support Global HR Operations. The role involves handling New Hires, Resignations, and data management for the EMEA region, along with background verifications and employee referencing.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant HR operations experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, global environment with compliance focus.

• Experience with US HR Operations is beneficial
• Ability to work on time-bound HR Operations activities
• Familiarity with HR systems, automation, and ticketing tools

Responsabilidades

• Handle New Hires, Resignations and Data Management for EMEA Region
• Manage Background Verifications for EMEA Region
• Coordinate Employee referencing for EMEA Region
• Conduct risk assessment related to maternity/paternity for UK
• Profile management and troubleshooting HR system access issues
• Produce reports on Absence, Benefits, Pension, Holidays, Nordic metrics
• Process invoices in multiple currencies and maintain vendor records
• Create process maps, KPI, SLAs and dashboards for client expectations
• Ensure local country compliance and participate in audits
• Propose process improvements in response to regulatory or tech changes
• Repeat: Handle New Hires, Resignations and Data Management for EMEA Region
• Repeat: Manage Background Verifications for EMEA Region
• Repeat: Coordinate Employee referencing for EMEA Region

Overview

We are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Analys t – Global HR Shared Services to support Global HR Operations.

• Must possess strong knowledge on HR Processes, and Employee Life Cycle


• Incumbent would be responsible for creating process maps and documentation


• Incumbent must possess strong knowledge on US HR Operations.


• Ability to work on time bound HR Operations activities


• Strong knowledge of HR Systems, Automation and Ticketing tool


• Should have proven record in US or UK Operations


• Flexibility to work in Dynamic and Global Environment

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

• Handling completely New Hires, Resignations and Data Management processes for EMEA Region.


• Handling Background Verifications for EMEA Region.


• Handling Employee referencing for EMEA Region.


• Handling Risk Assessment process/report for Maternity/Paternity employees for United Kingdom.


• Employee profile management: Trouble shoot queries related to login/access roles/passwords.


• Working on various Reporting such as Absence, Benefits, Pension, Anniversary Awards, Holiday Purchase, Nordic reports etc.


• Invoice Processing for various currencies and Vendor maintenance


• Documentation: Process maps, KPI, SLAs and dashboards based on client's expectations and internal requirements.


• Compliance: Ensuring local and compliances of supporting countries are adhered.


• Participation in internal and external audits.


• Proactively suggesting process improvement ideas and initiate changes due to change in regulatory requirements or changes in technology.


• Handling completely New Hires, Resignations and Data Management processes for EMEA Region.


• Handling Background Verifications for EMEA Region.


• Handling Employee referencing for EMEA Region.

About you

Qualifications:

Minimum Required Degree: Bachelors or Masters

Preferred Degree: PG in HR will be an added advantage

Experience: Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years and if supported United Kingdom would an added advantage
