8129 ASOL - Bangalore 10 SEZ Company in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end HR processes, from onboarding to leave administration, ensuring timely and accurate transactions within the HRIS ecosystem (Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM).

You will lead a team of HR Administrators, set performance expectations, manage workloads to meet SLAs, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous service improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 13 to 18 years of experience in HR service delivery or HR operations.
• Graduation is required; strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in Bengaluru or India market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, and leave administration.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee lifecycle transactions within the HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM).
• Maintain data integrity across workforce systems, conducting regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Administrators and Coordinators, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback.

What would you do?

• Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, and leave administration. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee lifecycle transactions within the HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM). Maintain data integrity across workforce systems, conducting regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization.
• This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Administrators and Coordinators, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
• Allocate workload effectively across the team, managing capacity to meet SLAs and peak-volume periods.
• Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high-quality service delivery within the team.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning for all direct reports.
