Safeguard Global in India is seeking an HR Shared Services Associate to deliver seamless, compliant HR services to clients and employees worldwide. You will handle HR queries, support onboarding, payroll, contracts, and lifecycle processes.

You will ensure data accuracy in HRIS, generate KPI reports, and collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams. The role requires 2+ years in global HR shared services, client-facing experience, and proficiency with Workday or SAP.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Global HR Shared Services experience in a multinational
• Client-facing experience in a global environment is preferred
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
• Familiarity with HRIS tools such as Workday or SAP
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Responsabilités

• Handle and resolve HR queries from clients and employees
• Support onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll, benefits administration, and records maintenance
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations, internal policies and SOPs
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and update records
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and dashboards for KPIs
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits and cross-functional teams to resolve queries

From resolving HR queries to supporting key employee lifecycle processes, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive employee experience.How you will make a difference:Handle and resolve HR queries from clients and employees, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, payroll, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance.Ensure compliance with regional and local employment regulations, internal policies, and established SOPs.Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS platforms and ensure records are regularly updated.Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions.Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and other cross-functional teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth HR operations.Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the overall employee experienceWhat will give you an advantage:At least 2 years of experience in Global HR Shared Services within a multinational organization, preferably in a client-facing role.Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.Familiarity with HRIS tools such as Workday or SAP.Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.Who we are and what we do:Safeguard Global is…global!
