Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience as a Techno Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven expertise in HRMS implementation.
• Strong background in business analysis and fit-gap analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with UAT planning and execution.
• Experience in data migration projects with data validation methodologies.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboard design and development.
• Experience with API integrations and system connectivity.
• Strong SQL skills for query writing and data manipulation.
• Working knowledge of Python and/or VBA for scripting and automation.
• Experience with design workshops and requirements gathering.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Document functional specifications, technical requirements, and solution designs.
• Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Plan and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and system validation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and manage test case development.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.
• Provide comprehensive post-go-live support, monitoring system performance and resolving issues.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Design and implement API integrations to connect systems and enable data flow between platforms.
