• Knowledge on configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting the HRIS.
• Design and Implement interface between HR systems and IT applications.
• Ensure data accuracy, generate insights, and manage HRIS compliance.
• Analyze HR workflows and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Provide expert assistance to users.
• Preparing of HRIS related reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge in compensation structure and statutory deductions.
• Part of implementation of HRMS/HRIS within the organization.
• Conduct testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system is fully functional.
• Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS meets the organization's requirements and objectives.
• Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide support and guidance to end-users and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Role Overview

the HRIS Specialist will work on day-to-day requirements and closing the request or issues on the HRIS Application (Adrenalin Max 2.0) by troubleshooting, network interface, APIs, maintenance, any configuration required etc.
