Job summary

Marico in Mumbai is seeking an HR technology specialist to support the implementation and enhancement of digital HR platforms and processes. You will work with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specs and coordinate with partners and internal tech teams for delivery.

You will assist in solution design, testing, UAT, issue tracking, and deployment, while driving automation and employee-centric workflows.

Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, or similar HR platforms.
• Basic understanding of AI, automation, chatbots, employee self-service, or digital adoption tools.
• Experience with dashboards, HR analytics, Power BI, or people insights.
• Basic project management knowledge, including milestone tracking and RAID logs.
• Exposure to change management, training, or user adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive user adoption through training support, communication material, walkthroughs, and stakeholder engagement.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely execution.
• Support change management activities for new HR systems, processes, and digital interventions.
