Job summary

CMA CGM in Chennai is seeking an HRIS/Application Support Analyst to serve as the first contact for HRIS queries and provide functional and basic technical support for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR applications.

You will troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, monitor system performance, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues while supporting data management and deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or any HR SaaS application.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems, ticketing tools, and support processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical, logical reasoning, and business analysis capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS application support and user queries.

• Generate operational reports and maintain project documentation.
• Contribute to knowledge base creation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure continuous support for HR systems and business operations.
