KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• System Optimization: Analyze HRIS functionality, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership, utilizing data to provide insights on workforce trends, metrics, and compliance.
• User Support and Training: Provide support to HR staff and other users regarding HRIS functionalities, including troubleshooting issues and conducting training sessions as needed.
• Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and platforms.
