Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field (required).
• Five years of experience in HRIS administration, with at least two years in SAP SuccessFactors (required).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and configuration.
• Experience with HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience troubleshooting SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs.
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with third-party HRIS systems (CPI, APIs, SFTP).
• Experience with data migration and integration processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of development lifecycle for HR systems.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate HR requirements into system solutions.
• Experience with system testing, validation, and user training.
