Job summary

Naukri E-hire in Mumbai seeks an HR data analyst to translate HRIS data into actionable insights on engagement, retention and development. You will identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement to support smarter workforce planning.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you will design and deliver training programs, drive payroll analytics, and provide senior leadership with data-driven recommendations to enhance HR operations.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of HR experience with SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent systems.
• Experience analyzing HR data to drive improvements.
• Strong ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings.
