ROLE PURPOSE

As an HR Employee Partner Intern, you will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, culture, and overall employee experience across the organization. Working closely with the Employee Partnering team, you will help conceptualize, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives while supporting HR Business Partners in driving people programs, employee communications, and HR processes.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to employee engagement, culture-building, HRBP practices, and people analytics within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, cultural initiatives, team-building activities, and celebrations.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for employee events, town halls, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and organizational campaigns.
• Assist in driving employee feedback mechanisms, surveys, pulse checks, and engagement assessments.
• Create engaging communication content, invitations, posters, and employee outreach campaigns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve employee participation and experience across engagement initiatives.
• Track engagement metrics and gather insights to continuously enhance employee programs.

Employee Partnering & HRBP Support

• Support Employee Partners in various employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.
• Assist in preparing people reports, dashboards, and HR analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Help maintain employee records, trackers, and HR documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support policy communication, HR interventions, and employee-focused projects as required.
• Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives and employee programs.

WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Organizational Culture, and HR Business Partnering.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong event coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement ideas and campaigns.
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
