Webvillee Technology Pvt Ltd in Indore is seeking an HR Intern to support the Human Resources team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. You will work under experienced HR professionals, gaining practical exposure to policies, talent management, and HR operations, while developing communication and organizational skills.

This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, records management, onboarding, and employee engagement, with mentoring and opportunities

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including Job Postings, Screening Resumes, and Scheduling Interviews.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support.

About The Role
