Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement: plan and execute engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and recognition programs.
• Employee Relations & Grievance: act as first point of contact, assist in conflict resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, support onboarding.
• HR Operations: onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave management, data accuracy.
• HR Policies & Process Improvement: review and update SOPs, identify gaps, communicate policies.
• HR Automation & Analytics: identify automation opportunities, work with HRMS, prepare dashboards and reports.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people‑centric HR Business Partner (HRBP) Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is designed as a 360 HR learning experience, providing hands‑on exposure across the complete employee lifecycle and all core HR functions.

Unlike traditional internships that focus on a single area of HR, this role offers the opportunity to work across Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Policy Development, HR Automation, and Business Partnering. You will collaborate closely with HR leaders and business teams, gaining practical experience in both strategic and operational HR.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, wellness activities, and recognition programs.
• Conduct employee pulse surveys and analyze feedback.
• Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture.

Employee Relations & Grievance Redressal

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Assist in grievance handling and conflict resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Source candidates through various hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees.

HR Operations

• Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record management.
• Support attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate HR administrative activities and compliance requirements.

HR Policies & Process Improvement

• Review, draft, and update HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support policy communication and HR compliance initiatives.

HR Automation & Analytics

• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes.
• Work with HRMS and digital HR tools.
• Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the HR function.

Eligibility
