Job summary

super.money in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior HR Executive to own the Employee Engagement Charter and ensure accurate HR documentation and governance. You will drive culture, design engagement calendars, and lead internal communications to energize the team.

You will also maintain pristine HRIS records, monitor governance compliance, and translate employee feedback into actionable improvements, while collaborating with leadership to elevate the employee experience in a fast-moving fintech

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience driving HR engagement initiatives, managing employee documentation, and tracking compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA in HR is a definite bonus).
• Dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for building a vibrant workplace culture.

Role Brief: Employee Engagement and Culture Champion

Are you the person who brings the energy into the room? We are looking for a high-octane Senior HR Executive to take full ownership of our Employee Engagement Charter while maintaining rock-solid HR Documentation & Governance. You will be the mastermind behind our workplace culture—creating hype, building community, and driving employee delight, parallelly supporting us in ensuring our policies, records, and compliance frameworks are 100% accurate.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Culture, Community & Vibe Check

• Own the Engagement Roadmap: Design and execute an engagement calendar— from epic team-building events and wellness campaigns to buzzworthy town halls and cultural celebrations.
• Decode the Employee Voice: Drive pulse surveys and eNPS trackers to catch the pulse of the team. Translate feedback into real, needle-moving action plans.
• Drive Recognition & Hype: Take our Rewards & Recognition program to the next level. Celebrate wins big and small, and cultivate an unstoppable culture of appreciation.
• Creative Internal Communications: Draft punchy newsletters, catchy announcements, and engaging leadership updates that actually get read.

2. HR Documentation & Governance (30%)

• Documentation: Maintain pristine, organized digital HRIS records and employee files
• Policy Control: Track compliance requirements, update policy documentation, and keep our governance frameworks rock-solid.
