Job summary

Uberlife Consulting is seeking an HRBP Sales for a leading financial media and FinTech brand to manage end-to-end HR operations and the employee lifecycle. The role requires partnering with business leaders to drive engagement, performance and compliance across the Sales organization.

You will handle complex sales team structures, incentive payouts, and HRMS implementations, leveraging strong Excel and data skills. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred with 3–6 years in HR generalist or HRBP roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of exp with Big 4 or HR consulting firms + 1+ year in Corporate.
• Acted as HRBP for Sales workforce with incentive payout responsibilities.
• Strong Excel skills and data analytics.
• HRMS knowledge: SAP, Workday, Darwinbox.

Hiring HRBP Sales for a Leading Financial Media & FinTech Brand

Mandate -2+ yrs of exp with Big 4or HR consulting firms+ 1+ yrs in Corporate.

Role Overview: The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and processes. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, hands-on execution, and the ability to partner with business leaders to drive engagement, performance, and compliance.

Mandatory:

• Acted as HRBP for Sales workforce (handled complex sales Team structure, Sales incentive payout, calculation exposure)
• Sales employee lifecycle management (Sales incentive payout, calculation, sales employee lifecycle experience etc)
• Strong Excel skills, analytically sharp, good with data
• HRMS knowledge (SAP/Workday/Darwinbox)

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 3-6 year of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems (SAP / Workday / Darwinbox

preferred).

Good to have:

• Strong presentation skills
• Experience supporting large sales teams (100+)
• AI implementation in day-to-day workflow
• Should have driven PMS, payroll etc on his own
• Strong personality who can drive/lead the Gurgaon office
