Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee all HR activities for a large sales region in India. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting sales organizations.
  • Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
  • Proven experience leading HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Fluency in the regional language is mandatory.
  • MBA from a reputed institution preferred.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead HR process improvements and operational excellence projects.
  • Travel across the region as required to support business and HR operations

The Successful Applicant

  • Mandatory: 80% and above throughout Class X and Class XII.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably supporting sales organizations.
  • Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Business Partnering.
  • Proven experience leading HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in the regional language is mandatory.
  • MBA from a reputed institution preferred
