Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior HR/Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for sales and commercial roles across regions in Bengaluru. You will manage sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding, and KPI tracking while partnering with business leaders to align manpower plans.

The role also provides HRBP support to the sales organization, focusing on engagement, performance initiatives, and collaboration with HR teams to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience hiring for sales and commercial functions at scale.
• Exposure to HR Business Partnering responsibilities is preferred.
• Experience in building materials, FMCG, or other sales-driven sectors is a plus.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

• Exposure to HR Business Partnering responsibilities is preferred.
• Experience within Building Materials, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Industrial Products, Telecom, FMCD, or other sales-driven organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and business partnering capabilities.
