Job summary

Leading Indian media conglomerate seeks an HR Generalist/HRBP to manage end-to-end HR operations and lifecycle activities for the sales workforce. The role requires strong execution, data-driven insight, and effective business partnering with leaders to drive engagement and compliance.

The candidate should have 3–6 years of HR generalist/HRBP experience, MBA/PGDM in HR, and proficiency in Excel and HR systems such as SAP, Workday, or Darwinbox.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 3-6 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Hiring HRBP Sales for a Leading Indian media conglomerate

Role Overview:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and processes. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, hands‑on execution, and the ability to partner with business leaders to drive engagement, performance, and compliance.

Mandatory:

• Acted as HRBP for Sales workforce (handled complex sales Team structure, Sales incentive payout, calculation exposure)
• Sales employee lifecycle management (Sales incentive payout, calculation, sales employee lifecycle experience etc)
• Strong Excel skills, analytically sharp, good with data
• HRMS knowledge (SAP/Workday/Darwinbox)

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 3-6 year of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles.
