Job summary

Mahasurya Ventures India is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, L&D, employee engagement, employee relations and performance management. You will partner with business leaders to address employee concerns and drive HR initiatives aligned with the people strategy.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and people-management skills, with preference for Real Estate/Construction domain experience.

Qualifications

• Strong HRBP exposure.
• Relevant HR experience preferably in Real Estate/Construction.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and people management skills.
