Job summary

VRINDA INTERNATIONAL in Delhi is seeking an experienced HR Generalist / HRBP to manage core HR operations, payroll and employee engagement while partnering with team leaders. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience and a strong understanding of labour laws.

This position follows a 6‑day work week, 10 AM to 6 PM, with immediate notice period and CTC ₹5–6 LPA. Work is on site with standard onboarding and HRIS responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as HRBP / HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, HRIS & MS Excel
• Good understanding of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
• Strong Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution skills
